Why Books?

Throughout my life I have turned to books to expand my perspective.  Books have always seemed to flow to me at just the right time to make a positive impact on my life.  The effect of these books pushes me down my path with a new way of looking at the world.  Books have helped me cultivate my life and have taught me new ways of relating with myself and other people.

Why Self Love?

I learned how to love other people by taking the steps to love myself.
Self love has grown my empathy.  It lessens dependence on others for pride and approval. I am not in a scarcity mindset, but instead in an abundance mindset because my life overflows with love.  This empowers me to move forward trusting my intuition and judgement.

It's like RuPaul asks, "If you can't love yourself, how the hell are you gonna love someone else?"

When your body and mind are something you actively love, you treat them like treasure.  If you care about the food you eat, the air you breathe and the water you drink, you will in turn care about our environment and planet.  The driving force of self love highlights the importance of nurturing nature and living with a low pollution impact.  Planting seeds and caring about animals (including humans) reveals a new importance as we heal ourselves and our planet.
